Dr. Mashone Parker-Wright, Founder and CEO of Infinity Counseling & Wellness Center, is a licensed mental health professional, entrepreneur, and community leader dedicated to expanding access to quality behavioral health services.
Raised in public housing in Chicago, her lived experience helped shape her commitment to creating opportunities for individuals and families to heal, grow, and thrive. Under her leadership, Infinity Counseling & Wellness Center has grown into a community-based behavioral health organization providing mental health and supportive services to children, adults, and families.
Dr. Parker-Wright leads Infinity with a focus on compassionate care, clinical quality, community impact, and building systems that help individuals and families achieve greater stability and long-term wellness.

A seasoned clinical leader and educator, Jervai is committed to strengthening clinical practice, supporting high-quality care, and developing professionals who serve individuals and families in the community. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Indiana University Northwest and is the Founder of Legacy Wellness Solutions.
Jervai earned her bachelor's degree from Indiana University Bloomington and her Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. She leads with compassion, clarity, and a strong commitment to clinical excellence, professional development, and meaningful community impact.

In her role as Regional Director, Shanise supports program operations, compliance, community partnerships, and organizational growth across the region. She is committed to strengthening systems, supporting staff, and helping ensure Infinity continues to provide high-quality services to the individuals and families we serve.

Known for her strong organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills, Clinneka supports the administrative needs of Infinity's DCS programs and helps ensure important processes remain organized and responsive.
Clinneka holds a degree in Mortuary Science and is passionate about serving others. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her daughter, fashion, bike riding, and reading.
