Dr. Tammi A-C McGill

Neuropsychotherapist | Clinical Mental Health Professional

Dr. Tammi A-C McGill

I am a dedicated Neuropsychotherapist with a deep passion for helping individuals heal, grow, and rediscover their strength through evidence-based, neuroscience-informed care. My work is rooted in the belief that understanding how the brain works can empower individuals to break cycles, build healthier patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

I specialize in integrating neuroscience-based techniques with therapeutic modalities to support emotional regulation, trauma recovery, self-discovery, and overall mental wellness. By combining the latest research in brain science with compassionate, client-centered care, I help individuals develop practical tools to navigate life's challenges and achieve their personal goals.

My passion for therapy stems from a deep desire to help individuals and families understand the connection between brain, behavior, emotions, and environment. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to heal. Whether working with children, adolescents, or adults, I strive to make mental health care accessible, impactful, and transformative.

Therapist

Victoria Sandefur, M.S., Clinical Psychology

When your mind won't slow down, familiar patterns keep you stuck, or painful experiences weigh on your daily life, even small steps can feel difficult. You may be used to holding everything together while quietly feeling overwhelmed. You deserve a space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and get support that fits your needs.

Since 2022, I have helped clients better understand their emotions, navigate anxiety, and develop healthier ways of responding to life's challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I help you recognize unhelpful thought patterns, manage intense emotions, strengthen boundaries, and build coping skills you can use beyond our sessions.

My experience also includes trauma-focused therapy. Together, we can explore how past experiences may be shaping your present, while respecting your comfort and readiness. You won't be expected to share everything at once. We'll work at your pace, making room for both the challenges you're facing and the strengths you already bring.

I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology, and I believe therapy works best when you feel heard, respected, and involved in your care. You don't need to have the right words or know exactly where to begin. Reach out to schedule a consultation, and we can talk about what you need and whether working together feels like a good fit.
