Brenda Douglas
Operational Manager
Brenda Douglas is a dedicated professional with a heart for helping others and a background in human services and healthcare administration. She holds an Associate Degree in Human Services, an Associate Degree in Business Administration, and a Certification in Computer Repair. Her diverse educational background reflects both her passion for working with people and her ability to understand the administrative and technical systems that support them.
Throughout her career, Brenda has combined her compassion for people with her natural ability to organize, lead, troubleshoot, and find solutions. Her experience in healthcare and behavioral health has allowed her to work behind the scenes to support professionals who provide important services to individuals and families in their communities.
Brenda believes that making a difference does not always happen from the front of the room. Sometimes it happens by encouraging others, solving problems, creating better systems, sharing knowledge, and making sure people have the support and resources they need to succeed.
Her education in human services strengthened her understanding of people and their needs, while her studies in administration helped develop her organizational and leadership abilities. Her training in computer repair added another dimension to her skill set, strengthening her ability to troubleshoot problems and adapt to an increasingly technology-driven world.
Brenda values faith, compassion, integrity, professionalism, and service and strives to bring those qualities into everything she does. Her faith is an important part of who she is and has helped shape the way she approaches life and her service to others. She believes everyone has a purpose and that our experiences—both our victories and our challenges—can prepare us to encourage and help someone else along the way.
For Brenda, success is about more than education, accomplishments, or professional titles. It is also about how we treat people, what we give back, and the positive difference we make in the lives of others.
