Four Services in One Practice
Infinity offers four kinds of counseling, so individuals, couples and families can look for support in one place. If you are not sure which service fits, that question is a fine place to start. The Counseling Services page describes each one, and the team can help you think it through when you reach out.
- 01Individual counseling for children, adolescents and adults
- 02Couples counseling for partners, including married couples
- 03Family counseling for challenges a family shares
- 04Child and adolescent counseling, with parents and caregivers involved when appropriate
Indiana Insurance Plans Accepted
Medicare, MHS and Traditional Medicaid all appear on Infinity’s Indiana list, along with the other plans below. Because a single insurance company can offer many different products, confirm your specific plan and benefits with the office and with your insurer before your first appointment.
Indiana Insurance Plans explains how to check your coverage, and if your plan is missing from the list, call and ask.
- 01BCBS
- 02Aetna
- 03Humana

How to Request an Appointment
Starting is meant to be straightforward. Please leave urgent or highly sensitive medical information out of the contact form, since it is not monitored for emergencies.
You also do not need a complete explanation of everything you have been through. Reaching out simply starts a conversation about what you are looking for and whether Infinity seems like the right place for it.
- 01Reach out by phone at (219) 472-8277 or with the appointment request form on the Contact page.
- 02Share a little about what brings you in and who the counseling is for.
- 03Talk with a clinician about your goals so care can be personalized from the start.
Where and How Sessions Happen
In-person counseling takes place at 5241 Fountain Dr. Suite H, Crown Point, IN 46307, and visits are by appointment. It is Infinity’s only office, so every in-person session happens there.
Telehealth may also be possible. Whether it is available to you depends on the clinician and on where you will be during sessions; the team can describe the current choices when you get in touch.
Preparing for Your First Visit
It can help to jot down a few notes before your first appointment: what has been happening, when it started, what you have already tried and what you would like to be different. Bring your insurance card and any questions you have about the counseling process.
Feeling unsure or a little nervous about starting is understandable, and you are welcome to say so. Your clinician can explain how sessions work and what the early stage of counseling may involve. For a fuller picture, see What to Expect at Your First Appointment.
